Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Seemilar, we strive to provide a quality service to our users. However, if you are not satisfied with the product or service, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Free Plan: No refunds are applicable as the Free plan is provided at no cost to users.
Team Plan: Refunds may be available only under certain circumstances, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Subscription Charges: Refund requests for paid plans (monthly or annual) will only be considered if the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

3. Refund Conditions

Service Delivery Issues: If you experience significant technical problems or downtime that were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
Unsatisfactory Experience: If the product does not meet the features described in the Product Requirements Document (PRD), you may request a refund.
Billing Errors: If there was an error in billing (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect subscription charge), a full refund for the incorrect charge will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Plan Downgrades: If you downgrade from the Team plan to the Free plan, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the paid plan.
Storage Limit Overages: Any charges related to storage overages or extra file uploads beyond the free plan limits are non-refundable.
Content-Related Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the performance of the platform in organizing or managing your content, refunds will not be provided unless specified in the “Service Delivery Issues” section.
Refund Requests Post 14 Days: Requests for refunds made more than 14 days after the subscription charge are not eligible for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team via email at support@seemilar.com. Include the following details:
Your registered account email.
A description of the issue or reason for the refund request.
Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

6. Refund Processing

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refunds may be subject to payment processor fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Subscription Management section of your account.
Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent further charges, but no refund will be issued for the current cycle.
For annual subscriptions, cancellations made before the next renewal date will stop future billing but will not be eligible for a prorated refund.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

Seemilar reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to users at least 30 days in advance through the platform’s notification system. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
